What certifications do your custom t‑shirts have for safety and sustainability?

Can I print my own design or logo on custom t‑shirts?

What is the difference between combed cotton and carded cotton?
Combed cotton removes short fibers and impurities, resulting in a smoother, softer, and stronger fabric. Carded cotton is more economical but slightly rougher. We recommend combed for premium t‑shirts.
How do you control shrinkage on 100% cotton t‑shirts?
We use pre‑shrunk fabrics or mechanical shrinkage control (Sanforization), keeping shrinkage within 3%. Garment‑washed t‑shirts have zero residual shrinkage.
What fabric weights (GSM) do you recommend for different seasons?
140–160 GSM for summer lightweight, 180–200 GSM for year‑round standard, and 220–260 GSM for winter or structured t‑shirts. We also offer slub jersey and ringspun options.
What is your lead time for bulk production of custom t‑shirts?
25–35 days after sample approval. Re‑orders without design changes can be 20–25 days. Rush orders (15 days) are possible with extra fees, subject to capacity.
