Frequently Asked Questions

We are well aware that the most feared aspects of our first collaboration are complex processes and inefficient communication. Therefore, we have designed a minimalist start-up path:

Step 1: Submit your requirements by sending your design draft, reference images, or samples through the website form or WhatsApp. Even if it’s a hand-drawn sketch or inspiration photo, our design team can conduct a preliminary feasibility assessment.

Step 2: 24-hour initial evaluation + signing of non-disclosure agreement. Within one working day after receiving your request, we will evaluate the process, fabric, and estimated cost, and sign an electronic non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you to ensure the security of your design.

Step 3: Quote within 3 days for sample making and confirmation, and provide physical sample clothing or 3D virtual sample clothing within 7 days. Free modifications for 1-2 rounds until you are completely satisfied.

Step 4: Place an order, sign the production contract, and pay a 30% deposit. During the production period, you can view the progress video online. After the bulk order is completed and inspected, the final payment will be made, and we will arrange sea/air freight or a freight forwarder as specified by you.

👉 The initial sample fee for each new customer can be fully refunded with the first order.

Fabric pre-inspection: Each batch of fabric undergoes shrinkage, color fastness, and strength testing first. Only those that pass the tests are allowed to be stored.

Pre-production confirmation sample: Before the bulk cutting, you will receive a pre-production sealed sample to confirm all the craft details.

First article confirmation: The first finished product from the production line must be signed off by the quality inspection team leader before continuous production can proceed.

Mid-term inspection: When 30% of production is completed, the inspector will randomly select semi-finished products to verify the pattern, printing positioning, and stitching stitch length.

Final inspection: Conduct sampling inspection according to AQL 1.5/2.5 standards, and provide a detailed inspection report (including images of defect classification).

Third-party factory inspection/goods inspection support: We can cooperate with organizations such as SGS, Intertek, and TÜV Rheinland to conduct social responsibility audits or pre-shipment inspections.

Quick changeover: We modularize knitting products by process, enabling the simultaneous production scheduling of 5-8 small orders without waiting for a large batch gap.

Material preparation mechanism: We regularly stock over 20 types of commonly used fabrics (such as 180g pure cotton, 210g CVC, 320g fleece), which allows for a 30% reduction in delivery time for urgent individual orders.

Repeat order acceleration: Historical orders retain the process sheet and tooling, and the second order directly skips the proofing process (unless there is a design change), saving 5-7 days.

Founder of independent designer brand

“It only took 28 days from a manuscript to the first batch of finished clothes.”
We are a fledgling designer brand, possessing only style sketches, lacking patternmakers and supply chain resources. The ODM service provided by this factory has been of great assistance to us: the design team helped us optimize the waistband and sleeve shapes, recommended more stable fabrics, and allowed us to place orders starting from just 200 pieces. The sample making underwent two revisions, with each completed within 5 days. Before the bulk shipment, they proactively sent us a third-party inspection report. Now, we have already placed follow-up orders for the second season’s sweaters and shorts. For start-up brands, such a partner with low thresholds and high efficiency is truly crucial.

Purchasing Director

“After three years of cooperation, the return rate is below 0.7%.”
We have previously switched to three Chinese suppliers, and the biggest pain point was the mismatch between samples and bulk goods. This factory can provide data records for every step, from batch testing of fabrics to mid-term inspections and final AQL sampling. Last year, there was a batch of T-shirts with a 2mm offset in the printing template. They took the initiative to stop and rework, and we only found out after inspection that it had been fixed. The production capacity is stable, the delivery commitment is basically reliable, and urgent reorders can also be squeezed into the schedule. For a brand like ours, which produces hundreds of thousands of items every year, this level of quality control can save a lot of after-sales trouble.

Operation Director of Amazon Sports and Leisure Brand

“During the testing period, we produced 300 units. After the product became a bestseller, we replenished 2,000 units within two weeks.”
The biggest concern when dealing with Amazon is the slow response of the supply chain. The major factories we previously approached directly rejected our order of 300 pieces. This factory specializes in flexible production lines, and for our first trial sale of T-shirts and sports shorts, we only ordered 300 pieces of each style. As a result, two styles became popular. We proposed a reorder request on Friday morning, and after confirming that the fabric was available, they shipped 2,000 pieces by air freight the following Wednesday. Unlike some factories that raise prices when a style becomes popular, their second quotation was basically the same. For cross-border e-commerce sellers, this is the “fast-response factory” we need.
