For running – lightweight mesh or nylon‑spandex (2-way stretch). For basketball – heavier mesh with loose cut. For hiking – ripstop cotton or nylon with DWR finish. For casual – cotton jersey, twill, or chino fabric. All can be moisture‑wicking or anti‑odor treated.

Options include side slash pockets, cargo pockets (flap or Velcro closure), back welt pockets, zipper‑secured pockets, and hidden internal pockets. We can also add mesh pocket bags for drainage on swim shorts.

Yes. We make covered elastic waistbands, exposed elastic, or jersey waistbands with flat or round drawstrings. Drawstring tips can be metal, silicone, or shrink‑on printed with your logo. Eyelets can be metal or embroidered.

Standard MOQ is 300–500 pieces per style/color. For mesh athletic shorts, MOQ may be 500 pieces. For sublimated all‑over print shorts, MOQ starts at 500 pieces. Lower MOQ (200 pieces) possible for basic cotton jersey shorts.

Our pattern makers grade waist, hip, rise, and inseam proportionally. We maintain 0.5 cm tolerance across all measurements. We provide pre‑production samples for approval and conduct inline inspections to ensure every pair matches the master sample.
