Ordering & Customization

What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Since different products have different requirements for the minimum order quantity, we need to decide according to the specific products. You can contact us online to ask. Considering the new entrepreneurs, if we can do it, small orders are OK. Many new brands choose to cooperate with us at the beginning, and we are glad to see them grow.

Yes, absolutely. We operate as a full-service OEM/ODM manufacturer. You can provide us with your tech packs, design sketches, or even physical samples. Our professional pattern-making team will handle sample development, sizing grading, and bulk production according to your exact specifications and brand tags.

Yes, we can. While a complete tech pack is always welcomed, it is not mandatory. If you only have design sketches, inspiration photos, or a physical reference sample, our in-house design and pattern-making team can help you construct production-ready designs and tech packs from scratch.

Samples & Bulk Production

What is your sample policy and turnaround time?

We highly recommend ordering a sample before bulk production to verify fabric quality, fit, and craftsmanship. The sample fee varies by design but is completely refundable when your bulk order meets our target quantity. The standard sample turnaround time is 7–10 business days once fabric and tech packs are finalized.

Our bulk production lead time typically ranges from 20 to 35 business days after pre-production sample (PPS) approval and deposit receipt. The exact timeline depends on the order volume, fabric availability, and design complexity. We will provide a strict production schedule at the time of order confirmation to ensure on-time delivery.

What international compliance audits and textile certifications does your factory hold?

Yes, we believe in complete transparency. Full, verified copies of our BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and FSC certificates are available upon request. Shipping & Payment

Do you handle worldwide shipping, and what are the incoterms?

Yes, we ship internationally to major markets across North and South America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. We support flexible trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (Door-to-Door with duties paid). We work with trusted sea, air, and express freight forwarders to ensure secure and efficient customs clearance.

Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit to initiate fabric sourcing and production layout, with the remaining 70% balance due upon inspection approval before shipment. We accept secure bank telegraphic transfers (T/T), L/C (for large contracts).
